Business Hours
Operating hours are from 8:30AM to 6PM Mon-Sat, Sundays …on call only! If you are arriving or in need of a car outside of operating hours, there is no need to worry as we will be able to assist you as needed.
Eligible Drivers
Primary Renter must be 25 years of age or older and in possession of a valid driver's license. A Maximum of Two (2) Adult Drivers 25 years or older are allowed per contract, each additional driver 25 years or older there will be a charge of $5.00 per day, for drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 there will be a charge of $15 per day. Drivers Licenses of each additional driver must be provided upon pickup of vehicle.
Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver / CDW)
All vehicle Rates include coverage under a Standard Limited Liability Insurance Policy with a Deductible of $1,000.00. An Optional Collision Damage Waiver is available @ $15.00 per day with a $750.00 Deductible: All Rental Contracts are subject to a mandatory Security Deposit of $350.00 for Incidental Damages.
Payments
We like to make things easy for you here at Priority Car Rental, so we accept the following payment types: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Chase, Citibank and Corporate Checks.
Sorry, we currently do not accept American Express at the moment.
Cancellations
You must notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival if you wish to cancel a booking. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of a Full Day's Rate as published which will be charged to your credit card on record.
Gas & Mileage
Your vehicle will be provided with a Full Tank of Fuel and Vehicle should be returned with a Full Tank of Fuel. Any refueling of a vehicle will be charged at $15.00 per 1/8 of a tank. Mileage on all of our vehicles is unlimited!
Smoking
We have a strict non-smoking policy for all of our vehicles and trust all our guests respect this policy and be kind to other renters. If any evidence of smoking inside of the vehicle is detected, a cleaning fee of up to US$250.00 may apply if this is ignored.
EXCESSIVE SAND/ WET SEATS/TRASH
We are very much aware that we live and operate on an island with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world but we would like for the sand to remain on those beaches and not be left in the vehicles. Ignoring this advisory will result in a cleaning fee being applied.
If you plan on visiting the beach, please walk with a change of dry clothes and do not enter the vehicle with wet sandy clothing as this creates a cleaning nightmare for us and could provide scheduling issues with other reservations due to length of time taken to clean the vehicle upon return…..lets be courteous to our fellow renters!!!
Ignoring this advisory will result in a cleaning fee.

Our office is located at Wickhams Cay II, Tortola, along the dual carriage way adjacent to Moorings Marina.
